Hendrick's Flora Adora
"Flora Adora Wildgarden Cup"

  • 2  parts Hendrick's Flora Adora
  • 1 part lemon juice
  • 1 part simple syrup
  • Top with soda
  • Raspberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Cucumber wheels

Fill a glass with cubed ice. Add raspberry and mint to glass. Add Hendrick's Flora Adora, lemon and simple syrup then gently mix. Top with soda, gently mix again and garnish with cucumber.

Perfect for casual get-togethers, Hendrick’s Flora Adora is buzzing with an enticing aroma of enchanting flowers and a fresh, herbal character that is classically Hendrick’s in style. The Juniper and coriander backbone is lengthened by lush green and wonderfully sweet floral characteristics, creating a wonderfully balanced gin.

TASTING NOTES

Gloria Ferrer Brut Rose: This beautiful Rose is rich with color and has a fresh and lively fruit character. It’s crafted with hand harvested grapes from our cool and breezy sustainable vineyards in the Carneros region in Sonoma County. The dominant Pinot Noir grapes in the blend bring elegant fruit aromas that are perfectly complemented by a touch of Chardonnay that provides the structure and a vibrant crisp acidity. Gorgeous pink hue and fine bubble trails make this dry rose pair perfectly with food, or giggles.

Astrolabe Pinot Noir 18: The powerful fruit expression is the most recognizable feature of a Marlborough Pinot Noir. Characteristics of red and black cherry dominate the flavor profile. The Astrolabe Marlborough Pinot Noir is made from a variety of Pinot Noir clones from vines grown across the wider Marlborough wine region: from Waihopai and Brancott Valleys in the Wairu’s Southern Valleys Pinot Noir region, further south to the blustery Awatere valley and right down to Astrolabe’s most coastal vines, on Marlborough’s southern Kerengu Coast.

Plum raspberry and cherry fruit lead in this Pinot. The fruit is woven through with notes of baking spice, flowers and tar. The palate is round, with plump fruit and savory spice. Firm tannins harmonize with fresh acidity.

Astrolabe Sauvignon Blanc 21: Winemaker notes: Pale straw with green highlights. Powerful gooseberry, white currant, red capsicum, passionfruit, and lime peel aromas. Medium-bodied, with strong flavors of makrut lime, passionfruit, lemongrass and a refreshingly smooth, dry and persistent finish.

TASTING NOTES

Riondo Prosecco (chilled):

  • Aroma: Golden Delicious apple, pear, and acacia blossom.
  • Taste: Fresh, fruity, and complex on the palate, followed by a light velvety body. There is persistent perlage that lasts.

Beronia Rose (chilled): Beronia Rosé is a soft, pink quartz color. It is elegant and aromatic on the nose, with a floral bouquet and distinct notes of cherry and rose petal. On the palate the wine is brimming with ripe, berry fruits. The finish is fresh and balanced with great length.

Cusumano Syrah: Interesting- while still young, the spicy and herby flavors are evident. Oregano, thyme and cherry on the nose and blackberry and pepper on the palate. Great price for quality, this Syrah packs a serious punch. Full body, hints of cherry, spice, red current, vanilla. Present and ripe tannins.
