WASHINGTON, D.C., 03/28/2023 – Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA)’s SipSource, the first and only source for wine and spirits distributor depletion data that covers sales to hundreds of thousands of on- and off-premise accounts, announces several enhancements to the data set making it industry-leading and the most comprehensive on the market.
“Wine and spirits industry professionals are looking for reliable data that they can use to increase their business intelligence in an ever-shifting marketplace that is heavily influenced by unprecedented external pressures as well as industry-centric adjustments,” said Michael Bilello, the WSWA executive leading the team of analysts, technology partners, and advisory board members serving a growing subscribers base.
In the rollout, several additions and enhancements to the Sipsource database will be available to subscribers, including a more robust pool of contributors, expanded wine regions and more detailed state-specific data starting on July 1. Subscribers will also be able to generate custom reports and presentations to meet specific macro and micro business needs to include the much-anticipated wine product regional and spirits-flavors data, as well as revenue reporting. Additionally, by the end of 2023, previous data-gaps in control states will also be solved for by the inclusion of The National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) state data and new wholesale contributors.
“The SipSource team and partners are committed to providing our subscribers with a data set that is unmatched, continuously enhanced and delivered with great service and support from our full network of professionals,” added Bilello.
