The latin phrase "ignorantia juris non excusat" means "ignorance of the law excuses not", so you might as well learn it. During this session, Legal and Regulatory team will bring you up to speed on the status of the lawsuits facing our industry, relating to interstate retail shipping, self-distribution, and hemp litigation. They will discuss policies and guidelines relating to Enhanced Producer Responsibility legislation, and advance a new theory focused on B2C e-commerce. They will also provide an update on select federal rules and regulations that affect the industry.

What time should I arrive and depart?
We suggest you arrive at the J.W. Marriott on December 6 early-afternoon. We recommend you depart early afternoon on December 8 following the Cannabis Update.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require a cancellation. We will issue a 100% refund, less a $50 processing fee, until October 11. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations occurring between October 12 through November 11. Any cancellations after November 11 will not receive a refund.
